Mike brings over 30 years of specialty paints, coatings and sundries industry experience.  As Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing of Valentus Specialty Chemicals, Mike has overall responsibility for establishing and executing all marketing and sales strategies, plans, programs and functions.

In 2017, Mike joined Valentus and has been a leader in driving new product development, integrating M&A activities, product portfolio transformation and pricing activities for the Professional Wood Distributor, Retail Flooring and Retail Trade segments.

Mike’s proven track record of assembling winning teams and driving sales in complex and fast paced environments has positioned his organization for success.  He’s championed strategic change, process improvements, complex fix & build (turnaround) situations with a customer focus throughout his career.  He has extensive executive management experience, strong business acumen and a broad-base knowledge of the commercial activities from previous sales and marketing roles he’s held throughout his career at Sherwin Williams, AkzoNobel and PPG Industries.
