Tom brings over 18 years of wood floor coatings product development and manufacturing experience. As Technical Director of Research & Development, Tom has responsibility for implementing and executing all product development activities as well as all technical and manufacturing support initiatives.
In 2018, Tom joined Valentus and has been integral in driving innovation with new product development and orchestrating the collaboration of the various technologies offered among the R&D segments within Valentus. Tom has created and implemented a more robust and thorough product development process at Valentus, which will expedite the delivery of customer focused innovation to the wood flooring industry.

Tom has extensive experience both as a technical leader and an innovator from previous leadership and product development roles he’s held at Sherwin-Williams with the Minwax and DuraSeal brands.
